Meet Isaac Vernon

Isaac Vernon is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in hybrid performance training that combines strength conditioning with endurance athletics. With years of experience in ultra-distance swimming and strength coaching, Isaac has developed The Mako Method – a comprehensive training system designed to build athletes who excel in both power and stamina.

Drawing from his background in ultra-endurance challenges and evidence-based training principles, Isaac coaches athletes to break through mental and physical barriers. His approach emphasizes progressive adaptation, mental resilience, and sustainable performance gains that translate across all aspects of athletic development.
